Welcome to LoreLoom. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Intended Use & Parental Generation

LoreLoom is an application designed for children's entertainment, but all accounts must be created and operated by a parent or legal guardian. The story and rhyme generation features are strictly intended to be initiated and overseen by adults. Children should not use the generation prompts unassisted.

2. AI-Generated Content & Anomalies

Our platform utilizes external Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate text, images, and audio. While we strive to implement safety filters, AI is unpredictable by nature. If the AI generates an awkward, inappropriate, or unintended story/content, you must immediately reach out and report it to us so we can remove it.

3. Data Privacy and Storage

We respect your privacy. We do not store or collect personal user information beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication and payment processing purposes. Payment handling is securely managed by our third-party provider (Paddle), and we do not store raw credit card information on our servers.

4. Public visibility of Stories

All stories generated by free-tier users are public by default.Users subscribed to Pro or Premium plans have the ability to mark their stories as hidden/private.

5. Content Violations & Deletion

Users must not attempt to bypass safety filters to generate inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.Any public story that violates our terms will be immediately deleted by our administration without providing any reason or prior notice.Furthermore, no credits will be awarded or refunded for the deleted illegal or violating content.

6. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans provide a set amount of credits explicitly for the billing cycle. Because credits are allocated instantly upon subscription, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds. Please review our full Refund Policy for exact details on subscription cancellations and cycle endings.
