1. No Refunds Policy

At LoreLoom, our subscription plans provide you with a set amount of credits per month. Because these credits are allocated immediately upon subscription, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please ensure that the plan meets your needs before subscribing. You can review all features available on our free plan to evaluate the platform before making a purchase.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made to your account.

After you cancel, you will maintain full access to your premium features and credits until the end of your current billing cycle (the expiry date of your plan). Once the billing cycle expires, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free user tier.

No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time in a billing cycle.
